Mr. Dilip Bidani
He is a MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad, CA from ICAI and Bachelor Degree from University of Kolkata. He Brings in 35 years of rich experience in finance in Indian and Multinational firms across Healthcare, FMCG and Services space, out of which the last 20 years have been as CFO and Board Member.
In his multiple stints with Healthcare, he has played a critical role in leading the financial transformation for various businesses, and led M&A deals, complex organisation integration, multiple fundraises and executed IPO listing. As the Group CFO of Radiant Life Care, he led the integration and deal between Radiant and Max Healthcare with initial acquisition of substantial stake in 2019 and ultimate control through a complete merger in 2020 of Max Group of Hospitals. Previously at Dr. Lal Pathlabs, as CFO and Director on Board of Subsidiaries, he led the organisation through to IPO and executed a successful listing in 2015 in NSE and BSE. Mr. Bidani in his career has worked with some renowned organisations in the past which includes Unilever, ICI, Manpower Group, Avon and Mother Dairy to name a few.
