- How We work with Doctors-At Paras Health, quality of our doctors is core to success. Paras Health’s Patient centric approach provides clinicians many a services to help them provide an unparalleled patient experience
- Doctor Led – Patient Centred Model - Our “Patients First” philosophy is at the heart of Paras Health. This means doctors and nurse leaders are involved in running the Paras Health ecosystem. This puts the patient perspective at the center of decision making. We strive to deliver an unparalleled patient experience, with caregivers providing high-quality, cost-effective and safe, relationship-centred care. We have a mix of retainer and visiting consultants with practicing privileges at Paras Health
- Value Added Services following Value Added services are provided to Doctors with no additional charge
- EMR – All doctors will be provided access to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. We use EMR to ensure standardized care that increases quality, efficiency and safety. This allows better coordination amongst caregiver teams
- Consulting Rooms- All doctors are provided with consulting rooms for patient consultations at no additional charges.
- Marketing Support – We provide Marketing support to Doctors for Website Profiles, Promotional support for events (under Paras Health Umbrella), Virtual Consult Support, Online Appointment Booking, and other general marketing support.
- Operational & Administrative Services - Referring doctors receive basic operational and administrative services to ensure a seamless patient experience, such as facilitating patient admissions and appointment processing
- Meeting Rooms – All doctors will have access to specific meeting rooms to conduct meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Doctor Lounges – All doctors will have access to Doctor Lounges to relax, unwind and catch up with co-workers.
- Car Parking – Car Parking facility is provided at no charge on First come, first served basis
