Is Smokeless Tobacco Safer than Cigarette

Tobacco either in form of cigarette or in form of smokeless i.e as chew , dip, sniff, twist, plug, can produce a serious health risk and can have countable negative impacts on our health. Both of them can shorten our life span as well as can produce a range of serious illnesses that can prove to be physical, economic and social burdens on our lives. The  development of oral cancer, throat cancer, lung cancer, heart attacks,and other comorbid respiratory conditions , stroke or more are some of the examples of the complications.

Save yourself from harmful substances:

Smokeless tobacco ingredients are-  Polonium 210, a nuclear waste and N.Nitrosamine , which is a cancer causing agent. Formaldehyde found in glues and gas stove is also used in cigarettes.
Nicotine acts as addictive drug and can harm various organs of the body. Cadmium used in batteries and nuclear reactors and  Cyanide found in chemical weapons and car exhaust is also a part of the cigarette that many puff.  Apart from the mention alot of other harmful chemicals in trace amounts are also found in smokeless tobacco.

Nicotine is the most harmful:

Nicotene which is the end product of tobacco causes release of dopamine inthe brain which encourages neurotransmission resulting in craving. Time to time it takes more and more nicotine to achieve the
same level. If base level is diminished or if the intake of nicotine is hampered it
leads to withdrawl of symptoms such as headache, nausea, irritability and mood swings.

Smokeless Cigarette is equally harmful:

Cigarette smoke contains 4000 chemicals including 43 known carcinogens and  others 400 toxins. All includes nicotine , tar, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, arsenic, DDT, nickel, lead, benzene. Smoked nicotene is inhaled into lungs and reaches to brain in 6 second.
If all to be seen both smokeless tobacco and cigarette have similar end product with similar harmful  effects on different body systems.
