What are the symptoms of seasonal affective disorder?

SAD is a type of a mood disorder that’s a specific related to Seasons- it begins and ends at about the same time every year. Most typically, SAD symptoms start in the late fall and worsen in the winter. It is usually erupts in October and November, when the days become shorter, and typically remits when spring approaches. SAD can look and feel much like depression, but it has a seasonal pattern—usually beginning and ending with fall and spring, and tending to happen similarly in consecutive years.Please seek professional help immediately if you have any of the following symptoms:
