Gurgaon, 18th January 2019: A galaxy of spinal experts from all over country will congregate at the Spinecon 2019. The 2nd Annual Master Course in Spine Surgery to deliberate, explore and understand a host of emerging techniques in the field of spinal surgery. Scoliosis surgeons are invited for the event to impart their deliberations to the delegates.
This event features a focused session on deformity and scoliosis – a condition where the spine abnormally gets curved with its consequent symptoms. There are not many hospitals in the country where treatment of this condition is being offered and hence there is a need for imparting training for this condition.
“Spinal deformity due to diseases or trauma takes a huge toll on a person’s life because apart from affecting the body, it affects the patient psychologically. It is important that surgical processes come of age to address all aspects of spinal surgery. Therefore, conferences like these become important for they bring a large number of experts and veterans under one roof and figure out a road map for the days to come. We are hopeful that this year’s sessions will give the veterans a platform to share their skills with young professionals who are likely to benefit from the knowledge sharing to a great extent,” says Dr.(Prof) Sumit Sinha, Director, Neurosurgery and Spine, Paras Hospitals, Gurgaon.
