Menopause is another developmental cycle in a woman’s life. It is a significant aspect for a woman as it shows the – Change of Life. A natural occurrence, it highlights the end of a woman’s reproductive years, however if you are not informed you may be ready for a whole lot of health issues.

How will I come to know that I am having a Menopause?

If you have not had your periods or menstruation cycle for the last 12 months, it means that you are experiencing menopause. You should not get hassled, however you should know that you are moving towards an end of your reproductive cycle.
